Focus on what you don't want and you will feel what you want, act like you don't want and experience what you don't want.
Focus on what you do want. See it. Feel it. Experience it. That's how we program our minds and get what we want.
Our fore-father's risked their lives, crossing the ocean, fighting in wars, starting businesses… and we are afraid to breathe next to other people. People are afraid of risk. Risk is a necessary part of life.
He talks about the John Hopkins report that came out in November 26, 2020 that got taken down a day later but the wayback machine stored a copy – here is that report. The report shows the same number of deaths in America as there were in other years. it even shows the same amount of old people died as other years. It makes no sense, heart disease, cancer, the flu and other causes of death have gone down by the exact number of covid deaths have gone up. If you have any doubt this pandemic is a scamdemic – you should look at this report.
We are living in a world where a lot of people are trying to protect us because they thought it had a 3-4% mortality rate. Today, depending on who's research you read it's 0.1-0.3% – which is the same as the flu. And if you are under 50 its way below that.
We live in a world where if we let people control our focus, we are just going to live in fear and do nothing. We are just going to manage our circumstances.
I believe we were put here to create things. We are here to create love and joy and relationships and businesses and life.
Or you can let something condition you so many times that after a while you just accept things. It's your identity you just accept things.
How to train an elephant.
The principle behind the elephant’s behavior is known as “conditioned response,” and here is how it works: First, the elephant is tethered to some object that it can’t move, or at least one that it can’t move very easily. Soon, the elephant just quits trying to “escape” and decides that it is probably in its best interest to quit struggling and stay put. Once this occurs, the elephant is then tethered to the aforementioned large metal stake and─you probably guessed it!─since the elephant “believes” it can’t easily pull away from the stake, it no longer even tries! The animal accepts its “fate” and decides to stay put!
That's what's happening to so many people right now. Expand your mind and be someone willing to take risks. Intelligent risks, not stupid risks and have a life. Because otherwise we are going to have to shut down everything and have no life. No risk.
Do you focus on what you have or what is missing?
If you are an achiever you probably focus on what is missing in your life to motivate yourself to get more done. That's fine if you checked in once a month on what is missing but if you are constantly focusing on what is missing how can you ever sustain happiness? You can't.
If you are always focused on what's missing, it's never enough.
You can't build on failure, you can only build on success. Success without fulfillment, joy and gratitude is failure.
Train yourself to say: What do I have? What is here? What are my resources? What do I have with me?
Do you focus on what you can control or what you can't control?
What about someone who focuses on what's missing and what they can't control. They are going to be stressed out.
Do you focus more on the past, the present or the future?
The goal is to focus on what we have, what we can control and the present, looking toward the future so we can anticipate joy.
Think about someone who is doing the opposite of this. They focus on what's missing, what they can't control and bad things that happened in the past. Do you know anyone who takes antidepressants and is still depressed?

I want to thank my son, Cullen Flynn for telling me that Tony Robbins spoke out about Covid and the scamdemic. I found this video after we got off the phone and wanted to give him the credit for letting me know it exists! I was telling him how I bought a set of cassette tapes from Anthony Robbins a long time ago. Personal Power. Life changing ideas.
FYI – Cullen organized the links I have been saving of blogs and video channels that support free speech and freedom in general. Check it out. It's a start. Lots of great websites, blogs, and voices.
